FLUX Inc. (hereinafter, "FLUX" or "the Company"), as a company that provides value through the use of cutting-edge technology and operation and recruitment support by specialized human resources, recognizes that appropriate protection of all personal information entrusted to us is important in gaining the trust of business partners, our employees, and others who entrust their personal information to us (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Individuals").
Therefore, the Company has formulated and will operate a personal information protection management system (hereinafter, "PMS") that complies with the Japanese Industrial Standard "Personal information protection management systems –– Requirements" (JIS Q 15001) as set forth below. At the same time, the Company will recognize changes in not only industry trends but also various societal demands and take measures to ensure continuous improvement.
Acquisition, use, and provision of personal information
- FLUX will not acquire personal information from Individuals through false or other illegal means, but will acquire and collect it through lawful and fair means.
- The Company will specify and state, as far as possible, the purpose of use of personal information entrusted to us by Individuals and will handle the personal information of Individuals only to the extent necessary to achieve the specified and stated purpose of use, and will take measures to prevent its use for any other purpose.
- The Company will not provide personal information to third parties except with the prior consent of the individual or when required by law.
Compliance with laws, regulations and other standards regarding the handling of personal information
FLUX will comply with applicable laws, regulations, national guidelines, and other standards regarding the handling of personal information, and will handle important personal information entrusted to us by Individuals appropriately.
Supervision of contractors handling personal information
When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information, FLUX will select contractors that the Company recognizes as handling personal information appropriately and take appropriate measures, such as establishing requirements regarding the handling of personal information through contracts, etc.
Prevention of personal information leakage, loss, or damage as well as corrective actions
To keep the personal information entrusted to us by Individuals accurate and up-to-date, and to prevent personal information leakage, loss, or damage, FLUX has formulated and will operate a personal information protection management system. The Company will strictly manage personal information.
In the event that leakage, loss, or damage of personal information entrusted to the Company is confirmed, the Company will promptly take corrective actions.
Response to complaints and inquiries regarding personal information
FLUX accepts complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information in our possession. The Company will endeavor to respond appropriately and promptly to complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information.
Continuous improvement of the personal information protection management system
FLUX will continue to review the PMS and strive to continuously improve our efforts for personal information protection.
