FLUX Inc. (hereinafter, "FLUX" or "the Company") handles personal information entrusted to the Company as follows, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") and JIS Q 15001.
Purpose of personal information use
FLUX will use the personal information the Company acquires within the scope of the purposes of use set out below. When personal information is directly acquired from an individual, the Company will, in principle, notify the individual of the purpose of use in advance in writing or by electromagnetic means. Regardless of whether notification can be given to the individual regarding the purpose of use, the Company will publish the purpose of use on this webpage.

Disclosure requests, etc. regarding the handling of personal information
If the Company receives any of the following requests (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Disclosure Requests") from an individual regarding retained personal data (as defined in Article 16, Paragraph 4 of the Act; the same applies below), the Company will respond in accordance with the details set out for each type of request. However, please note that the Company may not be able to respond to an individual's request if there is a possibility that it may obstruct the Company's operations or safety management.

- When an individual makes Disclosure Requests to the Company, he/she must (1) fill in the necessary information on the "Application for Personal Information Disclosure, etc.", (2) attach any documents necessary for the Company to verify his/her identity (e.g. driver's license, health insurance card, My Number card, passport, etc.), and mail them to the Company's personal information consultation desk set out in "Inquiries" below.
- When an individual makes Disclosure Requests through an agent, in addition to the documents (1) and (2) above, he/she must also separately submit (3) a document confirming that the agent has the authority to act on behalf of the individual (e.g. power of attorney, certified copy of family register, certificate of registered information, etc.) and (4) documents necessary for verifying the agent's identity (e.g. the agent's driver's license, My Number card, passport, etc.).
Measures taken for safety management of personal information
To handle personal information more strictly, the Company operates a personal information management system that complies with Article 23 of the Act and JIS Q 15001, and takes safety management measures for the handling of personal information (including retained personal data). For details of the measures taken to ensure safety management of retained personal data, individuals may contact the Company in accordance with Article 32, Paragraph 1 of the Act and Article 10 of the Cabinet Order.
